Hey, there! My name is Zuzu and I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who truly cares about helping you achieve your ultimate wellness goals. Over the last few years, I’ve worked with a variety of uniquely different clients. And I’ve discovered that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to health and improving oneself, but rather the greatest progress is made when we take into account the individual’s lifestyle.

Having faced my own struggles with eating disorders, I deeply understand the importance of cultivating a healthy relationship with food and Self. I’m committed to providing a safe, judgment-free space where we can navigate these challenges together. As a coach and as a person, I am here to help my clients feel more confident in themselves, and to help clients learn that the health journey is chock-FULL of ups and downs, and as long as we continue taking small, actionable steps toward our goals, then we will create more trust in ourselves and our desired results will follow.
